We have been providing custom software development services to VivaCell-MTS Armenia already for 3+ years. In 2010 Altacode on open competitive basis had been awarded tender for the design, development and implementation of Request & Task Management System for Vivacell –MTS Armenia. In 2011, we have also developed monitoring module – Automated Site Maintenance System for their telecommunication stations and have been providing advanced technical support through 2012. Site Maintenance System second release with further enhancements and modifications, including inventory and warehouse management and integration with warehouse, is being implemented though 2013-2014.
